26.2 consecutive miles of running -check! I am pretty sore, but I hardly notice it. This accomplishment was worth every ache and pain. Check out these photos from my very first marathon!
And then go sign-up for your own marathon (or a 5k, or whatever long-distance run you think is impossible) because I promise you, it is possible and it is worth the effort and sacrifice.
